Delta Dental Annual Maximum

Question: What is the annual maximum for the dental plan?

Answer: The annual maximum is $1,250 for Class II and Class III services under Options 2 and 3. There is no annual maximum for Option I. Under all three options, the annual maximum does not apply to Class 1 preventive services as well as for emergency palliative treatment, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and occlusal guards. A $1,500 per person total lifetime maximum applies to covered orthodontic Class IV Benefits. This is a combined maximum under all plan options, even if you change dental plan options from year to year.
