Health Plan Coverage

Question: How do I find out what my health insurance plan covers?

Answer: The Health Plan Coverage Comparison Chart provides general information and a listing of covered services for all the plans. The complete plan description is contained in the appropriate certificate of coverage or plan document issued by each plan. You can download the plan booklets and Summary of Benefits Coverage documents from the University HR website. If you need additional information, you can call your health plan customer service number that is found on the back of your health plan ID card.
