Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Benefits
What happens to your benefits depends on your employment status following your FMLA.
If you are returning to work and continued your benefits, there will be no change to your benefit status.
If you are returning to work and cancelled all or some of your benefit plans, they will be reinstated effective upon your return to work date.
If you are not returning to work and going on an unpaid leave not covered by FMLA, your benefits will end the last day of the month in which your FMLA time runs out. An unpaid leave letter will be mailed to your current address on file.
