New Hire Benefits Enrollment

If you are eligible to enroll in benefits, you will be able to select your benefits when your appointment is online. A uniqname and UMICH  password are required to view your appointment information and elect benefits online. See your supervisor if you do not have a uniqname and UMICH password.

If your appointment has been processed, your appointment information will be displayed in Wolverine Access. To confirm your appointment, go to Wolverine Access Gateway  .

<1. Select the Faculty and Staff tab, or the Student tab if you are a student
2. Select Employee Self-Service, or Student Business if you are a student
3. Enter your uniqname and UMICH password to log in. This opens the Self Service Page.
4. Click on View Appointment.

Once your appointment is online, you may enroll in benefits online using Self Service > Benefits.

 Go to Wolverine Access Gateway

1. Select the Faculty and Staff tab or the Students tab if you are a student
2. Select Employee Self Service, or Student Business if you are a student
3. Enter your uniqname and UMICH password to log in
4. Select Benefits
5. Select Benefits Enrollment
Follow the online instructions to make your benefits elections.

Be sure to click Sign out, then Log Out, and then Log Out one more time when you are through reviewing your benefits to keep your information secure.
